WHO CAN DONATE?
Hours of Sleep : 6 - 8 hours
No Alcohol intake : 24 hours before blood donation.
Age 16-65 years old: 16 & 17 yrs old must have parent consent.
Menstruation: After the last day of menstruation.
Body piercing & Tattooing: 12 months deferral.
Weight: At least 50K above.
Pulse rate : 60-100 beats/min with regular rythm.
Blood Pressure: 90-180 systolic & 60-100 diastolic.
hemoglobin: 12.5-18 g/dl-female
hemoglobin: 13.5-18 g/dl-male
