SPIDR is the non-profit/volunteer side of Pilipinas911.
The goal is to organize squads of 8 responders who are multi-skilled and multi-role, deployable anytime and anywhere via land, sea or air.
As a requisite, a SPIDR member must be:
1) a medical professional (EMT, RN or MD)
2) ICS-trained (basic)
3) High angle/rope access-trained
4) Fire fighting-trained
5) Proficient swimmer
Additional skills would be:
1) RDANA
2) HAZMAT
3) Tactical EMS/TCCC
4) Engineering (esp. structural)
5) Technology & Telecommunications
